Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your styling tools in their original box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
